Unbaked cake with biscuits and walnuts that is prepared in a short time, about 15 & # 8211 20 minutes. In order for the icing to solidify, it is recommended to leave the cake in the fridge for two hours. It is a cake similar to biscuit salami.

  • 350 g biscuits
  • 150 g finely chopped walnuts
  • 70-80 g fried peanuts cut into smaller or larger pieces
  • 80 g raisins
  • 1 teaspoon rom
  • 60 g dark chocolate
  • 2 tablespoons cocoa powder
  • 3 tablespoons sugar
  • 300 ml milk
  • 100 g butter
  • Glaze:
  • 140 g dark chocolate
  • 1 teaspoon oil

Put the raisins in a teaspoon of rum.

Mix the ground biscuits together with the finely chopped walnuts and the roasted and cut peanuts.

In a saucepan, heat the milk and add the sugar.
