We clean the pumpkins, wash them, cut them long and dig them out of the seeds. Sprinkle with a little salt and pepper. Saute onions, peppers and meat in a little oil. Remove from the heat and mix with the spices. After it has cooled we can add 1 egg.
Wallpaper a larger tray, fill the pumpkins with meat and sprinkle with cheese or cheese. Leave in the hot oven over high heat for 15-20 minutes until golden brown on top. Serve immediately removed from the oven.
