Soup with 2 beans (beans and greens) - Recipes

Preparation time: 2 h 15 min.

Ingredient: 500 g beans, 150 g onions, 200 g carrots, 100 g celery root, 3 fresh tomatoes, 2 tablespoons tomato broth, 100 g oil, 5 g lemon salt, 2-3 stalks of celery, a concentrate powder beef soup (or beef flavor), 2 bundles of green larch, a bunch of green parsley, salt and pepper to taste.

Method of preparation: The beans are picked from impurities, washed and left in cold water the night before, about 12 hours. Carrots, onions, root and celery stalk, clean and wash and chop finely. Parsley and green larch are washed and finely chopped. Wash the tomatoes and cut them into quarters into thicker slices.
Boil the beans in water, after 15 minutes of boiling, remove the water, replace it with another boiled water and continue cooking. Meanwhile, fry the onion, celery and carrots in oil and add the tomatoes. When the beans are half cooked, add the hardening, soup powder, salt and pepper. Finally add a bunch of larch and green parsley and cook for another 2-3 minutes. Depending on the preference, you can add with the soup powder two tablespoons of tomato broth, or lemon salt, or both.
The soup is served hot in a soup bowl, with green larch on top.

It has an extraordinary taste, because it is prepared with beef soup, which has a special flavor. Although light, the meatball soup is very filling, ideal for cold autumn days. Enjoy it with cream.


-400 g of beef with soup bones

-1 glass of green peas (berries or young pods)

1. Put the beef in a saucepan with cold water (about 2.5 l) and bring to a boil. Take the foam and cook the meat for 1-1.5 hours on low heat.

2. Peel and chop the parsley root and onion, put the carrot through a large grater and put the vegetables in the soup, add the bay leaves. Boil for 20-30 minutes.

3. Prepare hairpins. Put the rice in a small saucepan, pour cold water, add salt to taste and simmer. After the rice starts to boil, cook it for about 10 minutes. Put the rice in a strainer, wash it with cold water and let it cool to room temperature.

4. Put the minced meat in a bowl, add salt and black pepper to taste, cold rice and mix all ingredients.

5. Form small hairs from the filling obtained.

6. When the soup is ready, remove the meat and set aside to prepare another dish.

7. Peel the potatoes and cut them into pieces, add them to the soup.

8. Cut the tomato into small pieces and add it to the soup.

10. Cut the pepper into thin strips and put it in the soup. Boil the soup over medium heat for 10 minutes.

11. Add the meatballs to the soup and season with salt and pepper. Boil for 10 minutes, then turn off the heat and let the soup sit for about 10 minutes.

Preparation Bean soup with larch

  1. Cut the smoked meat (ribs, kaizer, etc.) into large pieces and boil with water. Leave for half an hour.

Following the tests performed at national level, compared to the last report, 153 new cases of people infected with SARS - CoV - 2 (COVID - 19) were registered, these being cases that had not previously had a positive test. The distribution by counties of the total and new cases can be found in the table below.

In the specialized health units, the total number of people hospitalized with COVID-19 is 2,350. Of these, 425 are hospitalized at ATI.

To date, 7,896,357 RT-PCR tests and 1,164,773 rapid antigen tests have been processed nationwide. In the last 24 hours, 4,877 RT-PCR tests were performed (2,372 based on case definition and medical protocol and 2,505 on request) and 4,938 rapid antigen tests.

Also, since the last information made by GCS, the result of an RT-PCR test was reported, processed prior to the last 24 hours and transmitted until May 31 a.c.

In Romania, 5,887 people confirmed with the new coronavirus infection are in isolation at home, and 2,708 people are in institutional isolation. Also, 30,635 people are in quarantine at home, and 54 people are in institutionalized quarantine.

Also, through the competent structures of the Police, 2 criminal files were drawn up yesterday to thwart the fight against diseases, a deed provided and punished by art. 352 Penal Code.

We remind the citizens that the Ministry of Internal Affairs has operationalized, starting with 04.07.2020, a TELVERDE line (0800800165) where violations of the sanitary protection norms can be notified.

The calls are taken over by a dispatcher, in an integrated system, and distributed to the territorial structures for the verification of the notified issues.
