We clean the potatoes, wash them, cut them into cubes and then boil them with salt.
It should not be boiled too much, so that it does not crumble, but only so long as it is soft. Best of all, I check them with a fork.
When they are cooked, we strain them with water.
In a pan, put the pieces of butter. When the butter has melted, add the potatoes, garlic and leave for a few minutes, then take them off the heat and add the dill, paprika, salt and pepper to taste.
