Spaghetti with tuna and garlic

Put in the food processor: tuna, onion cut into thin slices, peeled tomatoes and pass well.

The pasta is boiled when the water starts to boil, it is left for about 7 minutes (as it says on the bag), I don't like it al dente.

Put the sauce in a pan, add the crushed garlic and red wine. When the pasta is ready, rinse under running cold water and add it to the pan over the sauce. Leave for a few minutes and serve with grated Parmesan cheese


1. Chop the onion and garlic and sauté them briefly in 2 tablespoons of olive oil in a hot pan. Add a pinch of pepper and a pinch of salt.

2. Add the diced tomatoes to the broth, mix and leave for 3-4 minutes on low heat.

3. After a few minutes of bubbling, slowly add the olives.

4. After another 2 minutes, open the canned tuna and put it in the sauce. Add the chopped parsley and turn off the heat. Because I like more spicy and garlic pasta, I add 2 cloves of garlic and a pinch of pepper at the end.

5. Boil the pasta in salted water for about 8 minutes. We taste the spaghetti, not to boil them too much but to stay al dente. We take them out into a larger strainer to drain the water. Do not pass the pasta under a stream of cold water until you use it in salads, in which case the starch resulting from boiling would soak the salad. Prepared with sauce, the starch helps the sauce to adhere well to pasta and thus to fulfill the taste and as a result I do not wash them.

As are my favorites, today we have another derivative of the famous pasta & ldquogarlic chili oil& ldquo; pasta with tuna and garlic.

With fresh pasta, good olive oil, from Costa d & rsquoOro, abundant garlic and peperoncino, for those who love spices.

Quick to make, ideal for a quick dinner, but not only.

For pasta with tuna and garlic

We need:
about 250 g of pasta (I used fresh)
3-4 cloves of garlic
2 canned tuna pieces
2 tablespoons finely chopped parsley
chili pepper & ndash optional
4-5 tablespoons olive oil Costa d & rsquoOro Extra
salt
& ndash quantities for 3 servings & ndash

How to make:
Put the pasta to boil and boil it according to the instructions on the package (be careful, it must be al dente!)
Heat the oil in a non-stick pan, add the crushed garlic and fry it very little, stirring often.

Be careful, it burns very quickly, then add the drained pasta, homogenize very little on the fire.

At the end add the tuna and chilli.
Remove from the heat and add the parsley (we can also add it directly to the plate)

Serve with grated Parmesan cheese on top and with a lot of appetite, because they are delicious!

When I don't buy olive oil from holidays in Greece or Italy, in Romania I choose the one from Costa d & rsquoOro.

and of very good quality, having an acidity of 0.3-0.4%.

Can be used can be used in salads, dressings, steaks, sauces, pasta or to season any other dish.

Doctors and nutritionists recommend that you consume a teaspoon of extra virgin olive oil in the morning on an empty stomach.


Spaghetti with tuna, garlic and lemon

A really special portion of pasta, for spice lovers, in which two classic recipes of Italian cuisine come together: aglio, olio & amp peperoncini and spaghetti with lemon. So pasta with tuna in a simple sauce with lemon, garlic, hot pepper and parsley. A delicacy!

Preparation time: 30 minutes

Ingredient:

  • 250 grams of spaghetti
  • 6 large garlic cloves
  • 1 hot pepper
  • 1 lemon
  • 1 can of tuna of about 200 grams (preferably pieces)
  • 6 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 bunch of freshly ground chopped parsley
  • 4 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese (for serving)
    al dente. Keep 6-8 tablespoons of water in which the pasta was boiled.
  1. Drain the liquid from the can.
  2. Chop the hot pepper, extract the lemon juice.
  3. Peel a squash, grate it and cut it in half.
  4. Put the garlic together with the oil in a pan and heat over low heat to extract the taste of the garlic. Remove and discard the garlic.
    [warning] Do not let the garlic change color as it will become bitter. [/ warning]
  5. Add the hot pepper and sauté for a minute.
  6. Add the lemon juice, tuna, 6 tablespoons of water in which they cooked the pasta, greens, salt and pepper.
  7. Add the cooked and drained pasta to the pan and stir gently on the fire for 2-3 minutes, until the pasta absorbs the liquid.

Pasta with tuna, garlic and lemon is served immediately sprinkled with grated Parmesan cheese.


Mushroom pasta

Ingredients needed for mushroom pasta:

  • 20 small mushrooms
  • 2 tablespoons sunflower oil
  • 4 tablespoons homemade tomato juice
  • about 400 grams of pasta (spaghetti made from wheat flour)
  • salt to taste
  • 4 cloves of garlic

How to prepare mushroom pasta:

Wash the mushrooms with cold water. Remove the legs and set them aside. The mushroom caps are cut lengthwise into very thin slices. The legs are also cut into small rounds.
Bring water to a boil with a little salt. Add the spaghetti and let it boil for a few minutes. To make it easier for you, add the spaghetti when the water boils, then hold the pasta for a few minutes 5-7 minutes, thus boiling them al dente, remaining & quotcrocante & quot, if you like.

When the pasta is cooked, take it off the heat and drain it on the water, put it in a bowl and cover it to keep it warm. Heat the oil, add the finely chopped garlic cloves, then pour in the mushrooms. They cook for a few minutes.

If they have hardened, add 4 tablespoons of tomato juice and leave on the fire for a few more minutes. Sprinkle a pinch of salt, then remove from the heat and add the mushroom sauce over the pasta.

Spaghetti with tuna and garlic - Recipes

A delicious Italian-flavored dish.

400g spaghetti
150g tuna in oil
3 cloves of garlic
1/2 red pepper
2 tablespoons oil
100ml plain water
200ml tomato juice or 2-3 fresh tomatoes
spices (salt, pepper, basil, thyme, green parsley) to taste

In a large pot, boil salted water and a tablespoon of oil. Salt and oil will not allow the pasta to stick to the pot or between them. When the water starts to boil, put the spaghetti as wide as possible, like a fan, and let them boil according to the instructions on the pasta package. Meanwhile, prepare the tuna sauce. Cut small slices of garlic and pepper, cook everything in a pan with a tablespoon of oil and a little water.

1. Using a knife, cut the cabbage into small pieces. We cut the cucumber into straws. Do the same with the carrot.

2. In a separate bowl, pour the soy sauce. Add melted butter, lemon juice, crushed garlic, black pepper, salt and mix well. At the end, add the vegetables and mix.

Tuna salad

Ingredient:

200 g ton
400 g cabbage
1 green onion
3 tablespoons yogurt
salt pepper

Method of preparation:

1. Using a knife, grind the cabbage and place it in a bowl. Add tuna slices, chopped green onions, spices and mix very well.

2. At the end, season with yogurt.

Cabbage salad with oranges

Ingredient:

500 g cabbage
2 oranges
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon sugar
2 teaspoons balsamic vinegar
greenery
2 tablespoons oil

Method of preparation:

1. Using a knife, grind the cabbage and place it in a bowl. Add the chopped greens, salt, pepper, sugar and mix well.

2. Add orange slices and finally season with vinegar and oil.

Cabbage salad with mozzarella

Ingredient:

300 g cabbage
1 red onion
1 cucumber
8 cherries
10 olives
150 g mozzarella
1/2 teaspoon salt
3 tablespoons oil
1 teaspoon honey
1 tablespoon lemon juice
greenery
pepper

Method of preparation:

1. Using a knife, grind the cabbage and place it in a bowl. Add finely chopped red onions, greens, olives, sliced ​​cucumbers and mix well.

2. Add the cherries, grated mozzarella and mix well.

3. In a separate bowl, pour the lemon juice, honey, pepper and mix well. Season the salad with the sauce obtained.


Pasta with tuna and olives

Put 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a non-stick pan and the two cloves of garlic cleaned and lightly crushed. When the oil has heated up, add the breadcrumbs and fry it until it acquires a uniform golden color. Put the pan aside and remove the garlic pieces (discard).

We take a bigger pot, we add 2.5L water and a teaspoon of salt, we boil it and when the water boils, we add the pasta. Stir a little, 2-3 times, put the lid on and from the moment it starts to boil, leave exactly 3 & # 8217. The consistency of the pasta should be al dente.

Drain the pasta and add it over the breadcrumbs. Add the chopped tomatoes and put the pan on the fire for another minute, no more.

In a bowl, mix the olive oil with the lemon juice and grated peel, break the fresh mint leaves into small pieces by hand and mix them well.

Pour the sauce over the pasta, the drained tuna pieces and the grated cheese.

Mix well and serve sprinkled with a little tomato oil and optionally with a little more cheese.
