Homemade fragrant cookies "Snowballs"!
Homemade biscuits easy to make, delicate, soft, flavorful and appetizing.
For the dough:
-200 gr of flour (1 glass + ¼ 250 ml glass)
-1 teaspoon vanilla sugar
For the glaze:
-70 g of coconut flakes.
METHOD OF PREPARATION:
1.Transfer the butter cut into pieces at room temperature in a bowl, add sugar and vanilla sugar, then mix a little with the spoon, then beat the ingredients with the mixer for 3-4 minutes.
2. Without turning off the mixer, add the yolks one at a time, and continue to mix for another 2-3 minutes.
3. Incorporate the flour and knead the dough until it is homogeneous.
Advice. If the dough is too sticky, refrigerate it for 10-15 minutes.
4. Break into small pieces of dough, shape into balls and place them on the tray lined with baking paper.
5. Put the tray in the preheated oven up to 150 ° C for 35-40 minutes, during which time the biscuits will increase significantly in volume and will brown very little. Let them cool.
Advice. Keep the heat regime so that the biscuits do not crumble and are not dry, they must be delicate and soft.
6. Add water to the bowl with powdered sugar and mix until smooth.
Advice. If the icing looks liquid, add more powdered sugar, and if dense, then water.
7. Soak the biscuits in the icing, then pass them through coconut flakes.
8. Leave the lumps for 10 minutes, until the icing sticks, and taste them.
The biscuits are sensationally good: delicate and soft, melting in the mouth, and with a pleasant coconut taste. I disappear from the plate with the speed of the wind!

Ingredients for Cheesecake Cookies
- 200 gr melted and cooled butter
- 1 or
- 200 gr powdered sugar
- 300 gr flour
- 100 gr fine cream cheese
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- vanilla essence
- an aniseed knife tip
- 150 gr chocolate
- colored balls
Preparation for the recipe for Cookies with cream cheese
In a bowl, mix the butter foam with the powdered sugar. Then add the lightly beaten egg, anise powder and vanilla essence. Then mix the cream cheese. Add flour in the rain, sifted twice and baking powder.
Put the obtained paste in a pos and with its help form on the baking paper elongated biscuits, the so-called sprite cookies.
Put the tray in the preheated oven, over low heat, for a few minutes. Do not leave them for more than 10-15 minutes, because they will dry and burn.
Remove the cookies and leave them to cool on a metal grill. When they are cold, soak them at one end in melted chocolate and sprinkle the colored candies on top of them.

Prepare polenta from water, corn poured in the rain and salt. Allow to cool and spread 5 & # 8211 6 pieces of polenta on a surface greased with a little butter so that the polenta does not stick. Arrange the melted butter beforehand. Divide the cheese into equal pieces and make lumps of polenta. Be careful not to see the cheese. Heat the oven over high heat and place the polenta lumps on a tray with aluminum foil. Bake until golden brown on all sides. Serve hot, with yogurt on top.

Calin. This is the name of this fast-growing ornamental species. The scientific name is viburnum. It's the tree that reminds me of my childhood. It is highly prized due to its large, white globular inflorescences. The flowering period is in May-June and the flowers do not bear fruit. Autumn and leaves are decorative due to the reddish color it acquires. The plant has a great adaptive power, growing in almost any kind of soil if it is placed in the sun and if it is watered in moderation.
There are few gardening enthusiasts who do not consider this shrub, especially because it requires little and offers a lot. It is good to know that the shrub is grown in moderately fertile, moist, but well-drained soil, in full sun or in a partially shaded area. Its flowers are either in the form of lumps (hence the less official name of "snowballs"), or flat, as in hydrangeas. The calin bush has a rounded or straight shape, reaching up to 1-2 meters in height, a few years after planting. Here are the best known variants of viburnum, from the approximately 200 species of shrubs native to America, Asia and Europe:
Călinul grows especially in the plain area, through forests, hedges, bushes, but can also be seen in the hilly regions up to the mountains. When young, the calyx has a smooth, green-gray bark. When mature, the bark becomes gray, porous and cracked.
For medicinal use, the bark is used, which is harvested in spring, before the plant blooms, when the sap begins to circulate more intensely. One kg of dry product is obtained from three kg of fresh peel. Calin bark is used in the drug industry, in the preparation of extracts with calming and hemostatic action. Preparations obtained from cuddly bark are diuretic, astringent, antispasmodic, anti-inflammatory, hypotensive and sedative on the nervous system. Having sedative properties, calin extracts soothe muscle cramps and contribute to the relaxation of the whole body under conditions of stress or strong emotions. Helps strengthen the heart and prevents heart attacks. Due to its astringent action, it reduces excessive blood loss during menstruation.

Snow Bulgarasi & ndash recipe
In the meantime we have grown up, but the child in us is still more and more interested in these Bulgarians. so, let's compete this time - who prepares the most delicious snowballs? Here's what you need and how to prepare:
100 g biscuits for tea
50 g mini-marshmallows (find here the recipe for homemade marshmallows)
50 g dehydrated cranberries
50 g bread crumbs (or even better, simple bread crumbs)
100 g grated coconut
Culinary glitter & ndash optional
Break the white chocolate into large pieces and on top of a pan in which the water boils, melt it in a heat-resistant bowl.
In a separate bowl, place the tea biscuits and candies and crumble them together. Then add the mini-marshmallows, cranberries and crumbled bread (or cake), mix a little. Add melted chocolate and honey. Mix them all well.
Pour the coconut on a plate. Taking with a spoonful of dough & ndash preferably ice cream, because it is spherical & ndash passes a & bdquobulgaras & rdquo through the coconut, at the same time forming it by hand in a shape as close as possible to a perfect sphere. At the end, you can spread Bulgarian silverware and culinary glitter, for an effect as similar as possible to fresh snow.
Lay all the Bulgarians on a tray with baking paper, let it cool for at least 30 minutes and then enjoy this delicacy!
